RESPONSIBILITIES

As a high school teacher in English and SVA, you will work with teaching, have class responsibility, and be responsible for mapping, planning, implementing, and evaluating lessons. The work is carried out according to established goals and guidelines. Together with your colleagues, you will create a good, enjoyable, and varied school day with the students' best interests in focus. You will challenge and support students so that they achieve good study results and adapt your teaching based on all students' needs and conditions. The work is performed in collaboration with other educators, student health, guardians, and other actors outside the school.

The high school is divided into program orientations. As a teacher in high school, you will work in both teams, subject groups, and individually with a focus on student development.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a teaching degree and teaching license with the authority to teach English and SVA at the high school level.

You are familiar with and knowledgeable about the curriculum for high school. You have the ability to express yourself well in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. It is advantageous for the position if you have knowledge of and experience with digital tools.

As a teacher, you have the ability to see what needs to be prioritized, you are efficient, and you use resources correctly to achieve the best possible results.

You have an unpretentious approach in your collaboration with others.

You have the ability to lead and motivate students, helping them to feel comfortable and well. You are structured and plan your work well. You are good at creating an open dialogue and adapting your language according to the situation. You have a good ability to make students feel a sense of belonging and inclusion.
